Purpose of the project: Organizing the region and achieving the safety for the residents and permanence of the utilities since all the building are using the cement blocks as support element without main supporting constructional elements, this will be done by gradual demolition of the old buildings which don’t meet the safe constructional conditions.
Real Estates: All the real estate are within the certified general regulatory chart for 2004 and inside the administrative borders. 67% of the region is acquired and the rest is private property. They are outside the prohibition areas and sanctities and outside the touristic areas.
